For me, it’s 10x Is Easier Than 2x: How World-Class Entrepreneurs Achieve More by Doing Less by Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy, PhD. I’m going through it for a 3rd time right now. This book has been a game-changer, especially with these two key takeaways:
